The cloud based, intuitive system includes features such as Supplier Management, Allergen Tracking, Nutritional Analysis, Recipe Costing & Menu Planning, Stock Control, Wastage Tracking and Buffet Analysis among many others.
YCO2019 will give you the opportunity to use the system for creating recipes, sub recipes and menus, tracking nutritional information and allergens as well as a whole host of other features. We’ll be with you every step of the way should you need help or assistance, but first, a short introduction to Kitchen CUT….

Your Kitchen CUT username and password will be sent to you in the coming weeks. Please be reassured that your login is specific to you, your college and your country. No competitor or mentor will have access to the accounts of other competitors or mentors.

We have created a series of Step by Step Guides to help you understand how the system works, from how to create a recipe to adding nutritional and calorific information to your dishes. Before getting started, please take a look at these in order to familiarise yourself with the system.
