Reporting to: CTO
We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to join our growing team and contribute towards the future growth and success of our brand.
You will play a key part in developing the delivery of the product and it’s evolution and will act as the conduit between our sales and account management teams and the development team. You will need to have strong project management skills, twinned with excellent communication skills to be able to manage both clients and internal teams.

Develop project requirements for clients – scoping/investigation
Support the account management teams, sales teams, as well as clients direct – problem solving, knowledge sharing, brainstorming
Assist in the testing of new features as they move into delivery, pre and post launch, documenting all actions and observations as progress is made
Able to understand commercial business cases as well as customer benefits
Documenting new features and releases with user targeted resources – video, walk-throughs, knowledge base, FAQs etc
Working directly with the CTO, supporting the business across all areas of the product, both internally and externally
Increase knowledge transfer between technical and supporting teams
Act as a product ambassador formulating improvements and evolutions of the product
Offer insights to the management team to help identify and drive new ideas
Trouble-shooting support issues, re-creating scenarios, formulating work-arounds and solutions to user problems
Support in any training and/or support-based webinars
Strong digital experience gained through project delivery or project management role
Experience working in a similar operation or digital agency, managing clients and internal teams
3-5yrs in industry
Good project management skills
Good relationship skills – able to present, train, advise
Self-motivated and ready to tackle any obstacle, with a desire to learn
High level of customer focus and understanding of customer needs
Ability to understand logic systems
Required to understand system integrations, raw data and the processing of it
Acute commercial awareness
Willingness to be involved, assisting all team members even outside of your direct responsibility
Attention to detail
Act as a trusted and well-informed colleague and a point of contact for respective clients
