Reporting to: Commercial Director
Location: Remote, but commutable to Henley on Thames/Reading
As part of the next phase of our planned growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, to manage a growing Sales Team & work closely with the Commercial Director, in the delivery of our objectives.
This is a quota carrying position, with managerial responsibilities which will include.
Manage a growing team of Business Development Managers and their activities across EMEA delivering SaaS revenue (MRR/ARR) against agreed targets (Net New Focused)
Participate in & contribute to the Strategic Marketing Plan, to raise awareness of Kitchen CUT & drive inbound enquiries.
Coordinate Marketing Activities with the Marketing Manager
Monitoring the Sales team’s performance
Organise regular 1-2-1’s with your team to instil the sales process, coach & encourage personal development and ensure quota attainment
Own the hiring and management of the Sales team in the UK (Which may extend to include overseas Sales Team Members, in the future)
Maintain accurate sales forecasts
Become an active member of the Kitchen CUT team; Passionate about the delivery of excellence and focused on the Customer’s Experience
Handle other duties and responsibilities as agreed with the Commercial Director
Net New Client Wins, generating MRR, measured against the fiscal objective
Ensure sufficient Pipeline Coverage (3x / 5x) to attain Target
Develop a priority list of target accounts
Collaborate with the wider team to generate enquiries & convert to profitable customers
You need to be a team player, with 3+ years’ Sales Management experience in a technology led value based, Software solution sales environment. You will be highly motivated and laser focused on the objective, with a need to ensure we deliver a positive Customer Experience.
You will need to be structured in your approach to your working day and prepared to wear “several hats” in a growing business. The successful candidate will lead by example and have strong interpersonal, presentation and demonstration skills and be able to demonstrate examples of managing a team in complex sales engagements.
SaaS based Software Sales Experience
Business Acumen – Able to position best practice
Persuasive communicator with the ability to identify and build long-term relationships
Entrepreneurial, Analytical, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Hospitality, POS, or ERP system experience
Channel Partner Management (Desirable/Value Add)
