In today’s busy and crowded digital world, data travels around the world at lightning speeds which is why we questioned ‘Why can’t F&B operations take advantage of this wherever they are located around the world?’

With this idea in mind, we wanted to consolidate our thoughts of data transparency as well as team engagement and integration.

How can we make it easier for Groups to share information, roll out new menus in a synchronised fashion and see real-time analytics of a operations performance at a click of a button?

And so the beginnings of our Kitchen CUT Group Network came to life.
