Reporting to: CTO
This role, to support our CTO, requires a tech-loving professional with astute project management skills, supported by an Agile working methodology. The right candidate must be methodical, logical, process driven, detail orientated as well as be able to demonstrate control over investment of time and servicing levels.
As the project manager, you must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, suppliers and 3rd parties to ensure a seamless project lifecycle. Ultimately, your responsibilities are to manage and deliver both customer lead as well as internal lead projects to an exceptional standard within time and budgetary limits.

With clients, you’ll need to be firm, whilst following a strict code, and yet support as they need. With colleagues you’ll be responsible for delivering instruction, guidance, knowledge sharing, promotion as well as assisting with problem solving.
This is a new role but under growing pressure as the business scales, but offers the opportunity to build out new business teams in a top-down management roll-out.
Perform end-to-end project management duties
Scope and detail project requirements with colleagues and clients
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal teams to plan, design, develop and deploy requests
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Manage ongoing interaction between development teams and support teams
Develop supporting documentation to help share knowledge as well as train colleagues
Communicate with the team and ensure all colleagues are on board and clear about new features
Proactively develop and improve internal processes as well as company operations/communications
Support the account management teams, sales teams, as well as clients direct – problem solving, knowledge sharing, brainstorming
Assist in the testing of new features as they move into delivery, pre and post launch, documenting all actions and observations as progress is made
Working directly with the CTO, supporting the business across all areas of the product, both internally and externally
Increase knowledge transfer between technical, internal/external teams
Act as a product ambassador formulating improvements and evolutions of the product
Offer insights to the management team to help identify and drive new ideas and new levels of efficiency
Trouble-shooting support issues, re-creating scenarios, formulating work-arounds and solutions to user problems
Support in any training and/or support-based webinars
Strong digital experience gained through project delivery or project management role
Experience working in a similar operation or digital agency, managing clients and internal teams
3-5yrs in industry
Exceptional project management skills
Quick relationship builder – able to present, train, advise
Self-motivated and ready to tackle any obstacle, with a desire to learn and grow
Ability to understand and create workflows/process design/logic systems
Required to understand API integrations along with the ability to analyse raw data
Acute commercial awareness – cost conscious
Willingness to be involved, assisting all team members even outside of direct responsibility
Attention to detail
Act as a trusted and well-informed colleague and a point of contact for respective clients
