Creating a Support Ticket

When creating a support ticket, there are steps that can be taken in order to help assist the support team in getting you a resolution as quickly as possible. 

Please provide the following information where possible:

  • The browser (Safari, Chrome, etc) and Device (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet etc)

  • Tell us the steps you are taking which are causing the issue

  • Upload a screenshot of the page where the issue is and the error message if there is one

  • Provide a link to the page

These 4 things will all help the Support team quicker deduce what the issue might be and get resolved quicker.

Please bear in mind the support ticket SLA is 24 – 48 hours, for first response.
