Job Title: Client Services
Reporting to: Client Services Director
Location: Henley-on-Thames
Overview of the Role
We are looking for candidate with experience in Client Services to join our growing team and contribute towards the future growth and success of our brand.
You will play a key part in nurturing business with existing clients across the F&B market including well-known restaurants, hotels, food chains and pub groups. You will have excellent relationship building skills combined with an entrepreneurial mind-set, where you will foresee potential cross selling opportunities and advise clients accordingly.
Key Activities:
Responsible for nurturing existing client relationships with regular customer communication
Become a ‘product expert’, providing assistance with delivering product demonstrations and training
Communicating new product developments to clients and assisting them in terms of adopting new functionality
Assist with the preparation of pitch documents and marketing materials
Desired Candidate Experience:
Based within commuting distance from Henley-on-Thames
Strong account management experience
Proven track record building relationships
Excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
Commercial acumen
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects independently and proactively
