Client Services Executive

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a Client Services Executive with 2 – 3 years experience to join our growing team and contribute towards the future growth and success of our brand.

You will play a key part in nurturing business with newly-won clients across the F&B market including well-known restaurants, hotels, food chains and pub groups. You will have excellent relationship building skills combined with an entrepreneurial mind-set, where you will foresee potential bottlenecks whilst prioritising and tending to project workloads accordingly.

As is the nature of the hospitality industry, there will be occasional periods of ‘beach time’, where the volume of implementations slows slightly. During this time, you will be expected to assist the Client Services team on various Support channels (live chat, support desk etc.)

Key Activities:

  • Responsible for the smooth transition of a new business win into a client,

  • Oversee the accurate finalisation of client set-up forms,

  • Developing and delivering client-facing project timelines in order to manage client expectations regarding project deliverables,

  • Set-up and branding of client accounts

  • Facilitate liaison between supplier relationship manager and client to ensure seamless data on boarding process

  • Book in training (and latterly deliver client training) before handing client over to Account Management or Support site

  • Become a ‘product expert’, acting as a go-to throughout the onboarding process for client queries

  • Assist with Support channels such as the Support Ticket site, as well as Support Live Chat.

Desired Candidate Experience:

  • Based within commuting distance from Henley-on-Thames / Reading

  • Proven track record delivering projects

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships

  • Able to generate marketing communications to new PAYG members to help with the adoption of the software and make it ‘sticky’

  • Commercial acumen

Job Title: Commercial Partnerships Manager

Overview of the Role

As a global brand, we are looking for a dynamic Commercial Partnerships Manager to think laterally in order to identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase market share and break new markets through strategic partnerships.

You will play a key part in developing new business partnerships across a variety of aspects of the F&B / Hospitality market including suppliers, complementary software systems, POS systems, industry bodies, campaign groups, education establishments, re-sellers and consultants among others – acting as a trusted brand ambassador throughout the entire process. You will need to have strong commercial acumen coupled with excellent entrepreneurial skills, to identify opportunities and propose detailed partnership programmes with mutual benefits for both parties.

As the Partnerships Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your role and make a tangible and lasting impact within the business. Tasked with building out a Partnership Programme across the globe, you will be a ‘go getter’ who is confident in your ability to deliver new revenue streams through creative and complementary partnerships.

Key Activities:

  • Help to deliver the strategic direction of commercial partnerships for Kitchen CUT, by creating new relationships and developing new business opportunities. You will need to research, canvas, prioritise and set up a pipeline of valuable Partnership opportunities

  • You will need to define the Partnership benefits for each individual opportunity and ensure these deliver real tangible benefits to Kitchen CUT and help to expand our customer base and presence in key markets

  • Develop criteria against which Partners should be targeted and measured and ensure that at all times they do not undermine our brand values

  • Manage the day to day Partnership operations, including market research, relationship development, structure of commercial arrangements, negotiation of deals and coordinate resources for delivery of exceptional campaigns

  • Cooperate and work jointly with other teams to ensure that activities are fully executed and aligned with our annual objectives

  • Measure the success of Partnerships – their impact on revenue and metrics such as retention and life time value etc. Review and evaluate success of Partnerships on an annual basis and present to board on key successes

  • Manage the partnerships and workload and identify the point at which you will need to build out a team to help support

Desired Candidate Experience:

  • A track record of business development and a strong portfolio of partnerships which you’ve cultivated and delivered upon

  • An authentic relationship builder, who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make connections at any level of seniority, particularly with Board level experience    \

  • A commercially minded individual with the confidence to negotiate where needed, prepare commercial models and agreements

  • Commercial software sales experience or similar. Hospitality experience is an advantage

Software Product Manager

Job Title: Software Project Manager

Reporting to: CTO

Overview of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to join our growing team and contribute towards the future growth and success of our brand.

You will play a key part in developing the delivery of the product and it’s evolution and will act as the conduit between our sales and account management teams and the development team. You will need to have strong project management skills, twinned with excellent communication skills to be able to manage both clients and internal teams.

Role objectives:

  • Develop project requirements for clients – scoping/investigation

  • Support the account management teams, sales teams, as well as clients direct – problem solving, knowledge sharing, brainstorming

  • Assist in the testing of new features as they move into delivery, pre and post launch, documenting all actions and observations as progress is made

  • Able to understand commercial business cases as well as customer benefits

  • Documenting new features and releases with user targeted resources – video, walk-throughs, knowledge base, FAQs etc

Key responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the CTO, supporting the business across all areas of the product, both internally and externally

  • Increase knowledge transfer between technical and supporting teams

  • Act as a product ambassador formulating improvements and evolutions of the product

  • Offer insights to the management team to help identify and drive new ideas

  • Trouble-shooting support issues, re-creating scenarios, formulating work-arounds and solutions to user problems

  • Support in any training and/or support-based webinars

Required Candidate Experience:

  • Strong digital experience gained through project delivery or project management role

  • Experience working in a similar operation or digital agency, managing clients and internal teams

  • 3-5yrs in industry

  • Responsible for developing direct sales to the Food Service sector particularly targeting restaurants, hotels, pubs & bars and caterers across the UK

  • Follow up business leads and identify new sales opportunities

  • Set up some client meetings to demonstrate software solutions portfolio (although the majority of leads will come via our lead generation team)

  • Promote the organisation’s products /services, identifying potential cross selling opportunities

  • Generate monthly sales reports
