Overview of the Role

Ideally you will have direct business to business Software Sales Experience, but you could be somebody that is, or has worked within the hospitality sector, selling events, functions, a bottle of wine or the Chef’s Special. – We want people that are passionate about the business and can demonstrate a strong desire to succeed!

You will be focused on specific verticals across the F&B market, targeting owner / operators (decision makers) of well-known restaurants, food chains and pub groups, acting as a trusted brand ambassador, demonstrating value throughout the sales process. You will need to be laser focused & resilient, building and nurturing business relationships at all levels, taking the lead to guide prospective customers on a journey, through to the close of business.

Key Activities:

Responsible for the developing of direct Software (SaaS) Sales to the Food Service / Hospitality sector particularly targeting restaurants, hotels, pubs, bars and caterers across the UK

  • Identifying new prospects and recording details within the company CRM

  • Cold Calling, Arranging Meetings & Qualifying

  • Company & Software Demonstrations:

  • Addressing business specific issues through product demonstrations of the Kitchen CUT Platform, positioning value and creating brand advocacy

  • Able to adopt / follow a proven methodology / process

  • Be able to prioritise & “filter the noise”

  • Objection Handling & negotiator

  • Be a brand promoter, professional & engaging

Desired Candidate Experience: – The Serious Stuff…!

  • UK based, with willingness to travel

  • Software sales experience (Not essential, but desirable!)

  • Hospitality experience is an advantage. Strong FMCG, grocery or F&B sales experience

  • Proven track record building relationships and delivering new business

  • Persuasive communicator with the ability to identify and build long-term relationships

  • Entrepreneurial, Analytical, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage yourself to achieve Sales Targets
